Who makes Iris Elm Jewelry?

Iris Elm Jewelry is all made by me, Erin, in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. My unique jewelry is made with much thought, care, and time going into every piece.

How do I determine the size of your jewelry?

The full measurements are listed in every description, and shown in at least one or two of the photos. Most of my jewelry is photographed next to a pencil, to show scale. If you are unsure of how the jewelry will look on you, I recommend comparing the measurements to that of your favorite jewelry at home.

How Will I Know When My Order Is Shipped?

When you shipment begins its journey to you, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

How Soon Will I Get My Order?

Once payment is received, I usually mail next business day.

Items shipped within the US are mailed via USPS First-Class Mail Service with delivery confirmation. Once shipped, packages usually arrive within 3 to 5 days, give or take. {During holiday season please allow for possible delays} Shipping upgrade to USPS Priority Mail is also available.

International orders are mailed USPS First Class International; tracking and delivery confirmation may not be available for all international orders. International orders can take anywhere from 10 days to 8 weeks to reach their destination.

Do You Ship Internationally?

International countries that I ship to are: Canada, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

I Am Located Outside Of The United States, Will I Be Charged A Customs Fee?

Unfortunately I have no way of knowing if you will be charged. I am not personally involved with international customs and do not collect any fees, and therefore am not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred. If you are concerned I recommend checking with your own country for more information.

How Is Your Jewelry Packaged?

All jewelry will arrive to you ready for gift giving, in a paper box that is tied with a pretty ribbon.

How Can I Pay?

I accept credit card payments as well as PayPal.

Is My Credit Card Information Protected?

All transactions are secure and encrypted.

What are your privacy policies?

I am completely committed to protecting the privacy of my customers.

What is your return policy?

If for whatever reason you decide to return your purchase than I ask that you please kindly contact me first.

Purchases must be returned in new condition and original packaging within 7 days of receipt for refund minus shipping costs.

Shipping costs to return the item is the responsibility of the buyer. I do not provide return labels.

A refund of the purchase price (minus shipping costs) will be promptly issued once I see the item is in new and unworn condition.
